The Triguboff Family Foyer

This light-filled architecturally stunning space certainly has the ‘wow’ factor and forms part of the impressive entrance to the synagogue. It can be adapted to suit a wide range of functions, both standing and sitting, such as exhibitions; brunches; dinners; displays; soirées; cocktail parties and more – its flexibility provides endless possibilities [Seated 150; Standing 300].

The Lowy Beit Midrash

If you are leaning towards a more intimate space, you may opt for the nurturing and contained warmth of this venue, often chosen for the smaller, indoor gathering, frequently with seating requested in a theatre-style layout [Seated 70; Standing 150].

If required, the option to open bi-folding doors along one key wall instantly invites and incorporates the fabulous foyer area and thereby offers the capacity to include a larger guest list for a plethora of simchas, including Kiddishim. Conveniently, this hall has an adjoining well-equipped kosher kitchen.

The John Saunders Hall

If you head up the grand sweeping marble staircase (or utlise the lift), you effortlessly arrive at our largest and most elegant hall which can be adapted to suit any event or celebratory function. With a high ceiling, this large dynamic space replete with a dance floor is a perfect venue for your Simcha. To the caterer’s ease and delight, this hall also has a large adjoining fully-equipped kosher kitchen.

The elegant upstairs foyer forms the entrance to this hall and it can also be utilised as a reception area as well. With this space, the sky’s the limit when it comes to imaginative event design [Seated 180; Standing 350].

The Leo & Hedy Weinstock Art Gallery Hall

Known affectionately by many within The Central Family as the ‘Green Room’ – replete with a lush vertical garden on a feature wall echoing an artistic Star of David design – this rectangular space can be utilised in a myriad of ways. It is a stylish and functional area that is ideal for both a mid-week event utilising a state-of-the-art screen and projector to a soirée making great use of the in-built bar for the perfect cocktail creation and so much more. It is versatile in the most meaningful way – guests will love a Kiddush or standing L’Chaim event as well as a generously proportioned sit-down Friday night feast. Lovely long tables and stylish chairs are on offer; heaters can be hired and access is also available to a kosher caterer who can conveniently make great use of the adjacent kosher kitchen.
